In addition to the single family residential structure, there is a detached domestic well pump <br /> house and an irrigation well, as illustrated in the photographic plates. An individual septic <br /> system serves the residential structure, with no other septic systems on the property. <br /> § 1.2 Description of proposed development is to make no changes to the subject property, other <br /> than a Minor Subdivision for the creation of a homesite Parcel. As referenced, the purpose <br /> of this Report is to fulfill the requirements of the EHD with this regard. <br /> This Minor Subdivision is being completed by the engineering firm of Wong Engineers. The <br /> Tentative Map has not been completed.as of the date of this report; however, the APN map of <br /> the property can be found in Appendix A.; The subject property is in an agricultural region, as <br /> is all of North Ripon Road. ;Environmental conditions and operations that may take place on <br /> the property in the future must be in strict compliance witha licable Codes and <br /> Regulations. <br /> § 1.3 The APN Parcel location map is found in Appendix A. <br /> § 1.4 An aerial view Google Map shows the location of all existing items on the subject Parcel, <br /> including the existing on-site irrigation well. This well is only used during the winter time <br /> for frost control. Items on the Parcel include buildings, driveways and trees. There are no <br /> ponds or waterways on the Parcel and no natural drainage courses. Stormwater from the K <br /> residential portion of the property drain into the surrounding almond orchard. <br /> § 2.0 PAST, PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THE SITE <br /> § 2.1 Past use of the property has been as agricultural production land planted in almonds since <br /> the 1980s,with re-plants. Past agricultural activities on and around the property may have <br /> contributed nitrate to the underlying water aquifers. Present and anticipated future uses <br /> have been defined. Present and future agricultural activities may contribute to potential <br /> environmental concerns; however, this may be said of any agricultural operation. <br /> § 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES <br /> OF CONTAMINATION <br /> § 3.1 Discussion of the methods used to research and investigate the potential or known above-ground <br /> and below ground sources of contamination at the site include the following: <br /> The first source of environmental information are the EHD Envisions Program Records. These <br /> documents provide all available public environmental information on leaking underground storage <br /> tanks and hazardous materials over-site surrounding the subject property. No listings were noted <br /> for"Boersma Ranch" or for the physical address listed on the Title Page. <br /> The second informational gathering source is the Environmental Questionnaire found in Appendix <br /> B. This documents environmental information from Mr. Boersma.
