All new construction will, <br /> therefore, be subject to the provisions of the County ' s Flood <br /> Prevention Ordinance (Section 9-10320 of the Planning Title) . <br /> NOISE: Section, 9-3800 (a) and (b) of the Planning Title state that <br /> sound levels within the M-2 zone (the permitting zone for the <br /> proposed use) shall not exceed seventy-five (75) db Ldn at the <br /> property line of the property being developed, except that no sound <br /> level shall exceed sixty-five (65) db Ldn at the property line of <br /> properties which abut areas either developed residentially, zoned <br /> residentially, or shown for residential use on the General Plan. <br /> In the event that the applicant chooses to submit a full <br /> application for Site Approval, one of the following shall be done: <br /> delay submission until the new General Plan has been <br /> adopted and an appropriate permitting zone is in place <br /> to allow the proposed use, or <br /> submit a Zone Reclassification application to reclassify <br /> the property (from AG- 40 to M-2) concurrently with the <br /> processing of the development application. <br /> In addition, the following information shall be provided on a <br /> revised Site Plan: <br /> parking calculations shall be included and calculated at <br /> the rate of two parking spaces for each three employees <br /> working on the employment shift at which the largest <br /> number of employees are planned to be employed, plus one <br /> space for each two hundred fifty square feet of office <br /> area; <br /> a note shall be ncluded stating that no outdoo storage <br /> is requested; � c,e nll & oJd <br /> truck loading spaces shall be shown, as required by <br /> Section 9-3705 of the Planning Title; <br />
