(3) If the mobile office is to remain after the church's building permit is finalized, a minimum of six <br /> (6) parking spaces shall be provided for the temporary office, one of which shall be van <br /> accessible. (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (4) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and twenty <br /> (20)feet long. Where a concrete curb around a planter in a parking lot functions as a wheel <br /> stop, the required length of the space may be reduced by a maximum of two (2) feet, <br /> provided that the planter is at least five (5)feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[c]) <br /> (5) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half(7'/z) feet wide and sixteen <br /> (16) feet long, be individually designated as a compact space, and make up no more than <br /> twenty-five percent (25%) of the required spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> (6) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> (7) A minimum of two (2) bicycle parking racks or storage devices shall be provided. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the <br /> Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h]) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed <br /> according to the standards set forth in Section9-1015.5 of the Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d][4]) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Landscape plans shall be submitted with the Site Plans. <br /> (2) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development Title. <br /> The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping within <br /> the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. A <br /> minimum of six (6) trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.5) <br /> (3) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7)feet in height shall be erected along the property line <br /> abutting the residential use to the east of the project site. (Development Title Section <br /> 1022.4[d][1]) <br /> (4) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, and walkways, approved outdoor storage <br /> areas or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum, a ten-foot-wide <br /> planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous except where <br /> crossed by driveways and walkways.
