i. FENCING: Fencing shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) All fencing shall comply with Development Code Section 9-1022. <br /> (2) No solid fencing exceeding three (3) feet in height shall be permitted in the front or street side <br /> yard setback. <br /> j. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be Incorporated in the construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The occupant load will be determined in accordance with the 1997 edition of the Uniform <br /> Building Code. In the case of a church, we will count the reasonable layout of fixed seats or <br /> use 7 square feet per person in the assembly area. The result may influence the type of <br /> construction. <br /> k. FIRE CODE: Uniform Fire Code and San County Ordinance Code requirements will be <br /> applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community <br /> Development Department for a building permit. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (See the attached memo dated January 20, 2000.) <br /> 3, PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (See the attached memo dated January 14, 2000.) <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3- SA-99-101 <br />
