The flood zone is "C" per the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) 060299 0 315 A <br /> Dated 5115180. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. <br /> The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at <br /> the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be <br /> updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Quashnick Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 60 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications <br /> of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include <br /> grading plan for each individual lot, if applicable.
