Ms. <br /> f Wisner indicated that she uses a well on the property to irrigate the cherry orchard. Ms. Wisner <br /> indicated that she has never used agricultural chemicals on the cherry orchard located on the subject <br /> t property. Ms. Wisner also indicated that she regularly mows the property for weed abatement rather <br /> than applying chemicals to kill the weeds. <br /> VII. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> We have performed an investigation into the current and historical uses of the subject property in <br /> order to complete a Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report. This assessment has''revealed <br /> { : no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the subject property. <br /> VIII.
