The portion of the subject property on the north side of the house was <br /> y an orchard. The portion of the subject property on the south side of the house along Quashnick Road <br /> now appears to be vacant grassland. Adjoining properties arc basically unchanged from the 1963 <br /> photograph. <br /> The aerial photograph dated 1983 depicts the subject property as supporting a residential house, <br /> garage and three outbuildings. The remainder of the subject property was an orchard. Adjoining <br /> properties are basically unchanged from the 1975 photograph. <br /> B. USGS Topographic Maps <br /> Topographic maps published in 1908, 1953,and 1968,that depict the subject property were reviewed <br /> �— at the California State Library in Sacramento, California. <br /> The USGS Waterloo, California quadrangle, edition of 1908, scale 1:31680, depicts the subject <br /> property as undeveloped land located in an area approximately 40 feet above mean sea level. <br /> Adjoining property to the north is undeveloped land. Adjoining property to the east supports the <br /> Central California Traction railroad line,beyond which is undeveloped land. Adjoining property to <br /> the south is undeveloped land. Adjoining property to the west is undeveloped land. <br /> The USGS Waterloo, California 7.5 minute quadrangle, edition of 1953,depicts the subject property <br /> as supporting one residential type structure with the remainder undeveloped land. Adjoining property <br /> to the north is undeveloped land. Adjoining property to the east supports the Central California <br /> F. Traction railroad line, beyond which is depicted two structures and undeveloped land. Adjoining <br /> property to the south is now depicted as a light duty road (Quashnick Road), beyond which is <br /> undeveloped land. INTERVIEWS <br /> An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed by Ms. Janelle Wisner, <br /> the current owner of the subject property, and is attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> Ms. Wisner indicated on the questionnaire that the subject property supports a residence, occupied <br /> �. by herself and her family, and a cherry orchard. Ms. Wisner indicated that, to the best of her <br /> knowledge,the property has not been used for any industrial purposes,or as a gasoline station,motor <br /> repair facility, commercial printing facility, dry cleaners,photo developing laboratory,junkyard or <br /> 90 <br />
