Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of <br /> Stockton Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is <br /> consistent with the City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to <br /> apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to <br /> annex to the City of Stockton, or sign a deferred annexation agreement if the <br /> property is not deemed contiguous to the City, and pay the applicable fees. Further, <br /> the owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of <br /> the sewer main to serve this parcel, as required, to meet City standards. This may <br /> include the extension of the sewer main across the entire frontage of the property. <br /> 2. The owners, developers and/or successors in interest should be responsible for <br /> their pro rata share of costs for the following improvements to reduce the <br /> significance of the cumulative impacts: <br /> a. Future widening of Eight Mile Road east of State Route 99. <br /> b. Improvements to the Eight Mile Road / State Route 99 interchange. <br /> 3. The owner/developer should be aware that future Eight Mile Road improvements Stockton <br /> may require additional right-of-way to accommodate a CCTRR Railroad underpass <br /> at the Eight Mile Road crossing.
