1. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination report, <br /> identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current <br /> land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, including <br /> agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic <br /> systems, or chemical storage areas. If the report indicates there is contamination, corrective action <br /> shall be taken, as recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to <br /> recordation of final map. San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)and Section <br /> 9-905.12M(a). <br /> The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment <br /> VI. FRENCH CAMP MCKINLEY FIRE DISTRICT(Staff Contact: John Gish, (209) 982-0721) <br /> 1. The applicant shall submit plans for fire and sprinkler plan check with the fire district. <br /> 2. The project must conform to the appropriate edition of the California Fire Code(currently the 2013 <br /> edition)and all related standards. <br /> 3. Permits shall be obtained from the fire code official. Permit(s)and fees,shall be paid prior to issuance <br /> of any and/or all permits. issued pet mits shall be kept on the premises designated therein at all times <br /> and shall be readily available for inspection by the fire code official. (Permits are to be renewed on an <br /> annual basis). <br /> 4. Approved automatic sprinkler systems shall be provided as required in 2013 California Fire Code <br /> §903.2. Tenant/Occupant/Owner shall have the responsibility to ensure that the correct fire <br /> suppression system is added/modified/tested and accepted by the (AHJ) Fire District. Fire <br /> suppression system-plans shall be modified under separate fire permit and shall be submitted by a <br /> licensed fire contractor, to the (AHJ) Fire District for review and approval prior to modification. <br /> Deferred submittal accepted. <br /> *Note: Based on the proposed project notes for the occupancy, an automatic fire sprinkler removed <br /> through future consultations and reviews. <br /> 5. Where a portion of the facility or building hereafter constructed or moved into or within the jurisdiction <br /> is more than 400 feet (122 m) from a hydrant on a fire apparatus access road, as measured by an <br /> approved route around the exterior of the facility or building, on-site fire hydrants-and mains shall be <br /> provided where required by the fire code official. <br /> 6. The applicant shall pay applicable Fire Department Development Fees for all new buildings prior to <br /> issuance of permits. <br /> 7. An approved water supply for fire protection,either temporary or pert manent, shall be made available <br /> prior to commencing construction beyond the foundation stage, or as soon as combustible material <br /> arrives on the site. CFC 3312.1 <br /> 8. Approved vehicle access for firefighting shall be provided to all construction or demolition sites. <br /> Vehicle access shall be provided to within 100 feet (30 480 mm) of temporary or permanent fire <br /> department connections. Vehicle access shall be provided by either temporary or permanent roads, <br /> capable of supporting vehicle loading under all weather conditions. Vehicle access shall be <br /> maintained until permanent fire apparatus access roads are available. CFC 3310.1 <br /> 9. The Fire Department Fire Access Roads shall meet the requirements established by the San Joaquin <br /> County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> 9 <br />
