The process water is <br /> being discharged at a facility approximately 0.65 miles west of the Oliveira project Site; <br /> a monitoring well placed at the former Sebastiani Vineyards property appears to be for � 1 <br /> the purpose of comparison to background levels. This report also indicates the <br /> groundwater flow direction to be southeasterly. <br /> Water Well Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Wafer Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby .� <br /> addresses that have been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP), <br /> common ground water contaminants in San Joaquin County. Six nearby wells were <br /> identified at addresses located within approximately one-half mile of the Site. Five of <br /> the wells had been tested for DBCP; it was detected in two, at concentrations of 0.15 (-3,5-) <br /> and 0.49 parts per billion (ppb). Five of the wells had been tested for nitrate; it was <br /> detected in all five at concentrations of 2.9 to 93 parts per million (ppm). The Maximum <br /> Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for DBCP is 0.2 .ppb; the MCL for nitrate <br /> as NO3 is 45 ppm. <br /> 7.3 Office of Emergency Services Databases / <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) Hazardous Materials c3'J <br /> Management Program (HMMP) Compliance Website was searched on March 17, 2011. (3.Z,- 33, <br /> No records were identified for the Site addresses. (�'J <br /> Michelle Halliwell of the OES was interviewed by telephone on March 3, 2011. She <br /> indicated at this time that no hazardous materials incident reports are on file in the OES <br /> database for the Site addresses or nearby locations on Ray or Turner Roads. <br /> 7.4 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding ( >.J <br /> any agricultural use of the site. Chemical permits and use reports were identified for the <br /> Site under the name of Luiz Dairy. According to these records, oats and corn were CZJ <br /> grown on the Site from 2006 through 2010.
