Ray Road APN: 011-170-27 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Ray Road has an existing right-of-way width of 55-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The site is located in an area of historical flooding in 1958. All new structures shall have finished <br /> floors and equipment (including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and its ducting) located two (2) feet <br /> above immediate adjacent grade. <br /> 2. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit.
