TA-92-3 OF <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY (DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION) <br /> (APPLICABLE COUNTYWIDE) - CONTINUED FROM OCTOBER 24 , 1991 <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> At the October 24 , 1991, meeting of the Planning Commission, this <br /> Text Amendment was continued to the Planning Commission meeting of <br /> November 7 , 1991. The public hearing is to remain open. <br /> Some of the Commissioners were concerned about Section 3 , regarding <br /> the creation of separate parcels for existing dwellings in the AG <br /> zones. Staff offers the following three conditions to prevent any <br /> problems with this ordinance: <br /> 1. Each parcel created shall be a minimum of two acres. <br /> 2 . Prior to submission of the Minor Subdivision application, the <br /> single-family dwellings shall be inspected by the Building <br /> Inspection Division and determined not to be substandard <br /> buildings as defined in Health and Safety Code Section <br /> 17920. 3 . <br /> 3 . A soil suitability study shall be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map to indicate that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> SS/blm <br /> Attachment <br />
