Mark and Vicki Kidd have owned the subject site for six years. They <br /> also own the adjacent ± 20-acre parcel to the north. The applicants own and live on a 10-acre <br /> parcel under Williamson Act contract on Taddei Road, 2-1/2 miles northeast of this site. <br /> ARE /NEIGHBORHOOD COMPATIBILITY_ <br /> Land Use: <br /> The site is in vineyards, and the surrounding land is also in vineyards with some residences. No <br /> land use compatibility issues have been identified. <br /> FACILITIES/SERVICES: <br /> Water Supply, Sewage Disposal Storm Drainage: <br /> The proposed parcel would be served by a private well, a septic system, and natural drainage. <br /> No issues regarding services or facilities have been identified. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS: <br /> An Initial Study was prepared for this project on October 1, 1991, and no significant environmental <br /> impacts were identified. On the basis of that review, a Negative Declaration was prepared. In addition, <br /> a Certificate of Fee Exemption with a 'De Minimis Impact Finding' has been prepared which states that <br /> the project will not have an adverse effect on wildlife resources. <br />
