ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN; <br /> RELATIVE TO CHAPTERS 3 AND 5 OF DIVISION 3;CHAPTERS 2 AND 3 OF DIVISION 4;AND CHAPTERS 4,6, <br /> and 11 OF DIVISION!9;CONCERNING A CHANGE IN MINIMUM WIDTH OF CORNER LOTS, CHANGE IN SETBACKS <br /> FOR FISH PONDS, CHANGES IN USE TYPES IN AREA EXCEPTIONS, CHANGE IN AREA EXCEPTIONS IN <br /> AGRICULTURE ZONE,CHANGES N FINAL MAP REQUF ENUE [M CHANGE N MERGER ORDW4CE,AND TO ALLOW <br /> FARM EQUIPMENT SALES IN AG ZONE. <br /> SECTION 1. Sections 9-3226.5 and 9-3227(d)(3), Chapter 5, Division 3, Title 9, of <br /> the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> SECTION 9-3226.5. MINIMUM DIMENSIONS OF CORNER LOTS. For new corner lots, the minimum <br /> dimensions shall be 6eue+t five (5) sixty-five (65) feet by sixty-five <br /> 65 feet. <br /> SECTION 9-3227. SPECIAL YARD REQUIREMENTS. <br /> (d)(3) Lot Width of Less Than Sixty-Five (65) Feet. On an existing <br /> lot with a width of less than seu sixty-five (65) feet, the <br /> minimum width of the street side yard may be reduced to ten (10) feet. <br /> SECTION 2. Portions of Section 9-3234 (d), Chapter 5, Division 3, Title 9, of the San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> (d) Animal Raising, General. The keeping or raising of animals primarily for commercial <br /> purposes shall be subject to all health and safety regulations and to the requirements <br /> set forth in the table below: <br /> GENERAL ANIMAL RAISING <br /> ENCLOSURE/DISTANCE <br /> NUMBER OF ANIMALS SEPARATION <br /> ANIMAL OR USE PARCEL SIZE PERMITTED PER PARCEL REQUIREMENTS <br /> Fish or frog farm Less than 1 acre None <br /> 1 acre & over No limit The toe of the slope of <br /> the pond shall be <br /> maintained a distance <br /> of 48 10 feet from the <br /> nearest property line <br /> or such greater <br /> distance as the <br /> Director deems <br /> necessary. <br /> TA-92-3 - 1 - (10-8-91) <br />
