AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN; RELATIVE TO CHAPTERS 3 AND 5 OF DIVISION 3;CHAPTERS 2 AND 3 OF DIVISION 4;AND CHAPTERS 4,6, and 11 OF DIVISION!9;CONCERNING A CHANGE IN MINIMUM WIDTH OF CORNER LOTS, CHANGE IN SETBACKS FOR FISH PONDS, CHANGES IN USE TYPES IN AREA EXCEPTIONS, CHANGE IN AREA EXCEPTIONS IN AGRICULTURE ZONE,CHANGES N FINAL MAP REQUF ENUE [M CHANGE N MERGER ORDW4CE,AND TO ALLOW FARM EQUIPMENT SALES IN AG ZONE. SECTION 1. Sections 9-3226.5 and 9-3227(d)(3), Chapter 5, Division 3, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code are hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 9-3226.5. MINIMUM DIMENSIONS OF CORNER LOTS. For new corner lots, the minimum dimensions shall be 6eue+t five (5) sixty-five (65) feet by sixty-five 65 feet. SECTION 9-3227. SPECIAL YARD REQUIREMENTS. (d)(3) Lot Width of Less Than Sixty-Five (65) Feet. On an existing lot with a width of less than seu sixty-five (65) feet, the minimum width of the street side yard may be reduced to ten (10) feet. SECTION 2. Portions of Section 9-3234 (d), Chapter 5, Division 3, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: (d) Animal Raising, General. The keeping or raising of animals primarily for commercial purposes shall be subject to all health and safety regulations and to the requirements set forth in the table below: GENERAL ANIMAL RAISING ENCLOSURE/DISTANCE NUMBER OF ANIMALS SEPARATION ANIMAL OR USE PARCEL SIZE PERMITTED PER PARCEL REQUIREMENTS Fish or frog farm Less than 1 acre None 1 acre & over No limit The toe of the slope of the pond shall be maintained a distance of 48 10 feet from the nearest property line or such greater distance as the Director deems necessary.
