SECTION 3. Portions of Section 9-4010.2, Chapter 3, Division 4, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: (d) Parcels For Certain Specified Uses. Parcels containing less area than the minimum required in Section 9-1010.1(a) may be created for the purpose of providing a separate lot for an existing use or a use granted by permit in the AG zone, subject to the following conditions: (1) The existing use or use granted by permit is classified under the following use types: Agriculture Processing; Agricultural Sales; Agricultural Warehousing; Animal Specialty Services, Farm; Communication Services: Towers and Antennas; Education Services, General; Farm Labor Camp; Feedlot/Stockyards; Major Impact Facilities, General; Major Impact Facilities, Urban; Membership Organizations, Farm Related; Pipelines & Utilities, Major; Essential Services; Public Services; Equipment Repair, Farm; Veterinary Services, Farm; and Religious Assembly; (e) Parcels For Dwellings On Same Lot. Two Parcels, each containing one habitable single- family dwelling and each consisting of less area that the minimum area required in Section 9-4010.2(a), may be created from an original parcel for the purpose of providing a separate lot for each dwelling, subject to the following conditions: (1) The single-family dwellings were erected prior to February 9, 1961; (2) The proposed subdivision of property complies with Sections 51230.1 and 66474.4 of the Government Code, if the property to be divided is under a Williamson Act Contract; SECTION 4. Portions of Section 9-9113, Chapter 4, Division 9, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 9-9113. AMENDING APPROVED MAPS. (b) Final Maps and Parcel Maps. (1) Certificate of Correction. A Certificate of Correction prepared pursuant to Government Code Sections 66469 and 66470 shall be submitted to the County Surveyor for certification. A certified Certificate of Correction shall be filed with the County Recorder; (2) Amended Final Map or Amended Parcel Map. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66472.1, a final map or a parcel map may be modified by an amended final map or an amended parcel map, respectively, or a Certificate of Correction upon findings by the review authority that the following are true: (A) There are changes in circumstances which make any or all of the conditions of the final map or parcel map no longer appropriate or necessary; (B) The modifications do not impose any additional burden on the present fee owner of the property; TA-92-3 - 2 - (10-8-91)
