(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Lydia Maggio APN: 013-020-31 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Ray Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $544.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building as Manufacturing or $141 .37 per daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area.
