(2) A minimum of 2 parking spaces shall be provided, including 1 accessible spaces <br /> (.67 spaces are required for every 1 employee). (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.3) <br /> e. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line and less than 40 feet from <br /> another building shall be constructed of one-hour, fire-resistive material. <br /> (2) The occupancy shall be classified as agricultural (U-3) if the offices and <br /> equipment repair relate only to the owner's operation and equipment. If the <br /> operation also includes services to others, the occupancy classification may be <br /> B/S-3 or H-4, if welding is to be done, and therefore must be designed to <br /> commercial standards, including handicapped requirements. <br /> f. The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will <br /> be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of static water supply <br /> (NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code). <br /> (2) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the <br /> California Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Chiefs Association. <br /> (3) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with the California Fire Code, <br /> Volume 2, Standard 10-1. <br /> (4) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations <br /> hazardous to life or property (CFC 105.2.1) <br /> 2.
