bw <br /> April 7,2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06020A <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> The property is located directly west of South Reeve Road and north of West Byron Road in Tracy, <br /> California. The property is approximately 45 acres in size with the parcel number 209-180-02. The <br /> property Yis used entirely for farming. The San Joaquin county application number is PA-05-470. <br /> The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map Vernalis <br /> ` Quadrangles,is approximately 70 to 100 feet above mean sea level. The property slopes gently to <br /> the northeast. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-40, <br /> general agriculture, minimum parcel size 40 acres. This zoning designation "is established to <br /> preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises." <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> No A tentative parcel map showing the proposed parcel division was provided by David Miraflor;the <br /> parcel development is depicted on the site map in the appendix as Plate 1. The proposed <br /> development is to change the use of an agricultural building to a general store.
