There is a septic system associated with a trailer that exists on the property near the <br /> agricultural building, along with a second septic system that is associated with a mobile home on the <br /> northeastern portion of the site.Affording to Mr.Aziz, the septic system associated with the trailer <br /> and agricultural building will connect'to the general store. The EHD septic permits were searched <br /> on March 15, 2006;two septic permit were found for the Site of 21301 South Reeve Road and <br /> 21455 South Reeve Road. <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> Two septic permits were found for the Site of 21301 South Reeve Road. A permit was issued to the <br /> present owner, Samad Aziz, July 26, 2002. The permit was a liquid waste permit for a 2,000 gallon <br /> septic tank with three 100 foot leach lines. The second permit was issued to the address 21455 South <br /> Reeve Road to Samad Aziz on April 26, 2005. The permit was for the installation of a 2,000 gallon <br /> septic tank with two 100 foot leach lines. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on March 15, 2006. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity / <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> the building clusters within one square mile of the Site,and made the assumption that each building <br /> cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 25 <br /> septic system per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br /> The general use of the vicinity is farmland.
