Parcels 1 through 6 to <br /> contain approximately 2 acres each and Parcel 7 to contain 3 acres. <br /> The project site is located on the west side of Reid Avenue, 600 feet south of Copperopolis <br /> Road, east of Stockton. <br /> The property has a General Plan designation of RIR (Rural Residential) and is zoned R-R <br /> (Rural Residential). <br /> There is an existing residence and detached garage on the parcel. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed -the pre-application for PA-1000050 <br /> and offers the following comments: <br /> Water System <br /> Development Title Section 9-1120.4(a) states that rural subdivisions with parcels two acres or <br /> larger shall be served by a public water system except that if there is no public water system <br /> within seven hundred (700) feet the subdivision may use an on-site well system subject to the <br /> approval of the Environmental Health Division. There are no water districts within 700 feet and <br /> the applicant is proposing each parcel will have an on-site well. <br /> Storm Drainage <br /> Development Title Section 9-1135.4(b) states that rural subdivisions with parcels two acres or <br /> larger in size shall be served by public drainage facilities which discharge into a terminal drain, <br />
