WATER TABLE <br /> The Groundwater Report of San Joaquin County, Flood Control And Water Conservation <br /> District, Spring 1999, shows approximately 120 feet to static groundwater. <br /> USGS MAP (Peters Quadrangle) <br /> The elevation of the area, as shown on the map, is approximately 95 feet. The surface runoff for <br /> the general area is to the south west. Parcel 1 slopes to the west at approximately 2%. Duck <br /> Creek is approximately 13/4 miles to the south of the site. <br /> WATER TEST <br /> The existing well water was sampled on 5-14-03 and tested by Far West Labs,Inc. The test <br /> results are included in this report and are satisfactory. (DBCP-ND &Nitrates-6.2) <br /> CONCLUSIONS <br /> The percolation test results indicate pits are required. When the on site septic system is installed <br /> in accordance with the requirements of the Sewage Standards,of San Joaquin County and the <br /> system is maintained/used properly, satisfactory performance should result without causing any <br /> health hazard. A filter with riser to grade is recommended to protect the leach field and as a <br /> safety reminder to the owner to pump the tank. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> Consultant makes no warranties, express or implied, under this Agreement or otherwise, in <br /> connection with Consultant's services.. Any on site septic system, without proper use and <br /> maintenance, will eventually fail.
