The report for the last 5 <br /> years was "no record". Letter included in this report. <br /> INTERVIEW AND QUESTIONNAIRE: <br /> The owner of APN 183-320-58 was interviewed. (Denise Shermantine) She stated she moved to <br /> her present house in 1986. The existing orchard had been removed before her arrival. Since 1986 <br /> the land was used as pasture. The owner(Alfonso Meza) stated his property was primarily for a <br /> residence.
