RECORDS SEARCH <br /> The Site Cleanup List, 3d. Qtr, of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB), was reviewed for any pollutants near Reid Road. No sites were listed. The <br /> Underground Tank Site Mitigation Database List of San Joaquin County was also reviewed. The <br /> nearest site was at 10848 E. Copperopolis Road. (LOP soil site). This site is westerly from Reid <br /> Road, several miles, and is not considered a health hazard to the site development. <br /> SITE VISIT <br /> The site was visited on Nov. 15, 2002, The photographs (A-J) show the general conditions as <br /> follows <br /> Photograph No. Comments <br /> A Southerly property line showing ag equipment. <br /> B Barrels. Al_1 empty except one. Owner to dispose of contents. <br /> C Rest room building. <br /> D. Additional items along southerly line. <br /> E Easterly lot(Parcel 1 & portion of Parcel 2) <br /> F Looking south at next door parcel. <br /> G Irrigation/Domestic well <br /> H Horse arena and stands. <br /> I Driveway-showing locked gate <br /> J Entrance to horse arena area <br /> The main use of the site is for a residence. Horses are boarded and shown at times in the arena. <br /> The pasture area was dead at time of visit. Hay was stacked (photo C) for the horses. The area <br /> was clean. No trash/junk piles were observed. This general area along Reid Road is being <br /> developed into residential lots. <br /> WATER TABLE <br /> The Groundwater Report of San Joaquin County, Flood Control And Water Conservation District <br /> shows approximately 120 feet to groundwater. <br /> USGA MAP <br /> The above referenced map show no orchard/vines for the years 1962--1968---1994 for the site. <br /> The elevation of the area is approximately 95 feet. The surface runoff is to the south west. <br /> 2_ <br />
