(DISTRI_CT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Denise Shermantine APN: 183-320-23 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County <br /> and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, <br /> floodplains, and floodway areas , are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the Department <br /> of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood-maps will <br /> be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Reid Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 50 feet . <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee and Water Supply Facilities Impact <br /> Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fees are <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . A Parcel Map is required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-915 . 2) <br /> 2 .
