The frontage improvements for Reid Road and the west side of Parcels 1 <br /> and 2 (Dietrich Road extension) shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way Rural Road. <br /> The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction <br /> costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map . (A $260 . 00 fee currently <br /> is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240 . 2 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, recording fee and an estimate. <br /> The estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied <br /> by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval . As an option, the Department of Public <br /> Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $115 . 00 . ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100 . 3 and Ordinance 3734) <br /> 4 . All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910 . 20) <br /> S . Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway <br /> shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code Section 10 . 207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb and <br /> F-lc and the Farmington_ Fire District prior to issuance of the <br /> occupancy permit . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 6 . Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a <br /> statement on the Parcel Map . <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411 . 1) <br /> 7 .
