DOG maps contain information regarding oil and gas development. According to the DOG map, there are no oil or gas wells within 500 feet of the subject property. (� 3 No environmental concerns were noted during the DOG map review. f' 3.2.6 Other Agency On October 2, 2007, the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) was contacted for information on the subject property and nearby sites of concern. The CVRWQCB referred AEI to the SJCEHD for information on a UST removal conducted at 1532 North Broadway. Refer to Section 5.3 for discussion of this removal. r 3.3 Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps Sanborn Fire Insurance maps were developed in the late 1800s and early 1900s for use as an assessment tool for fire insurance rates in urbanized areas. A search was made of the Environmental Data Resources, Inc. (EDR) collection of Sanborn Fire Insurance maps on March 30, 2004. Sanborn map coverage was not available for the subject property.
