The most recent UST system inspection was conducted in May, 2007. Monthly visual inspection checklists -31 were on file for these USTs conducted by the Designated UST Operator from the period of May, 2006 to May, 2007. These USTs were listed as a 10,000-gallon fiberglass double- walled diesel tank and one 10,000-gallon fiberglass double-walled gasoline tank. State Deed Restriction (DEED) List is maintained by the DTSC Site Mitigation and Brownfields Reuse Program (SMBRP) and Hazardous Waste Management Program (HWMP). The SMBRP list includes sites cleaned up under the program's oversight and generally does not include current or former hazardous waste facilities that required a hazardous waste facility permit. The list represents deed restrictions that are active. The HWMP has developed a list of current or former hazardous waste facilities that have a recorded land use restriction at the local county recorder's office. The land use restrictions on this list were required by the DTSC HWMP as a result of the presence of hazardous substances that remain on site after the facility (or part of the facility) has been closed or cleaned up. The types of land use restriction include deed notice, deed restriction, or a land use restriction that binds current and future owners. The subject property was not identified during the DEED database search. State Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) Sites are incorporated in the DTSC SMBRPD database which identifies sites that have known contamination, or those properties undergoing voluntary investigation and/or cleanup and which are listed in the VCP program.
