A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> application approval to indicate that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br /> c. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> * d. Demolition of all dilapidated structures on Parcel #3 and <br /> removal of all demolition material from premises to an <br /> approved landfill site shall be completed prior to recordation <br /> of the Parcel Map. <br /> e. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation on Parcel #3 under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to recordation of the <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> f. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) on Parcel #3 <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 3. PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> a. Ten-foot wide public utility easements shall be dedicated for <br /> P.G. &E. 's existing pole lines and anchor guys on the site. <br /> 4. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any <br /> claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its <br /> agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, or <br /> annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal <br /> board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which <br /> action is brought within the time provided for in Section <br /> 66499 .37 of the Government Code. <br />
