Several stream appear to flow through the subject property. Surrounding land is agricultural land <br /> with scattered residences. <br /> This map is included in Appendj� C of this report. <br /> 2.4 Interviews <br /> r. An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject property <br /> from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental Questionnaire and <br /> Disclosure Statement was completed by Mr. Ran McManis, owner of the subject property. He <br /> rw completed the questionnaire and returned it to NOA on November 28,2005. A copy of his responses <br /> has been included in this report as Appendix E. <br /> .m In his responses to the questionnaire, Mr. McManis indicated that he acquired the property in 1978 <br /> when the Browns Lake Partnership was formed, from William A. Reeves. <br /> r. Mr. McManis indicated that the land is presently used as a vineyard. He is not aware of any tanks or <br /> chemical spills on the property. Mr. McManis indicated that a storage tank was removed from the <br /> winery property adjacent to the subject property. <br /> An interview with Mr. McManis was conducted at the subject property on January 12, 2006. <br /> According to Mr. McManis, the subject property hs onDdo estic ell. 4 cv�k- w" <br /> 3.0 PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION <br /> 3.1 Research Methods <br /> NOA employs a standard practice for review of database information. On a street map showing the <br /> location of the subject property,a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the property boundaries, <br /> and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine address ranges for all streets <br /> within the quarter mile.
