` January 24,2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05165A <br /> 2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937,1952,1963,1975 and 1983 were reviewed <br /> at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California.2 Two additional photos, dated <br /> �• 1993 and 2002,were obtained from Microsoft Terraserver.3 <br /> In the 1937 photo, the subject property appears to be mostly covered with trees and is located within <br /> ►• a river bed. Row crops can be seen on the northeast side of the subject property, and to the south. A <br /> road is located along the northern property line. Agricultural land with scattered rural residences is <br /> apparent on all sides of the subject property. <br /> In the 1952 photo,the west side of the subject property was not available.The subject property appears <br /> to be used mostly for agricultural purposes. The middle section that was natural is now used for <br /> r. agricultural proposes. The west and north sections remain natural with tress. Channels appear to be <br /> routed through the subject property.The immediate vicinity of the subject property appears relatively `"'f <br /> unchanged from the previous photo. <br /> In the 1963 photo,the northeast channel is not as defined. Several additional channels are apparent at <br /> the property. The subject property and its immediate vicinity otherwise appear relatively unchanged <br /> �. from the previous photo.A structure just north of the subject property is now apparent. <br /> In the 1975 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity otherwise appear relatively unchanged <br /> rn from the previous photo. <br /> In the 1983 photo,the channels through the subject property are longer present.A storm water pond <br /> `,. is located along the western property line and the agriculture fields cover the entire subject property. <br /> The vicinity appears relatively unchanged from the previous photo. <br /> �. In the 1993 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity appear relatively unchanged from the <br /> previous photo. <br /> �. In the 2002 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity appear relatively unchanged from the <br /> previous photo. <br /> `. These photos are included in Appendix C of this report.
