The subject property consists of one parcel (APN 245-220-21) of <br /> `. approximately 254.92 acres.The site address 18700 East River Road,is shared with the adjacent winery. <br /> 6= According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject <br /> property is zoned AG-40, general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning <br /> designation"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural <br /> L enterprises." <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
