We are in receipt of your Application Referral information. <br /> In order for us to have no objection to the parcel split and Special Use Permit being <br /> applied for we require the following assurances from the County and from the applicant: <br /> 1. That seepage or leaching from the proposed pond directly adjacent to our property <br /> will not in any way adversely effect the condition of ground water and/or the soil in the area and <br /> particularly on our property. <br /> 2. That dust and any other pollution will not contaminate our fields which are directly <br /> adjacent to the proposed crushing facility and winery. <br /> 3.
