This report will investigate the property for visual or historical <br /> T environment contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county <br /> records. The Zolezzi family has owned the subject <br /> parcel f 10+ s. The land use has not changed under their ownership. <br /> f <br /> Presently the property includes orchards. The use to the north, east and west are-agrlcultura o <br /> L , the south is Stanislaus River. The surrounding properties to-the north, south, and are used--- <br /> for agricultural purposes. <br /> 1 3.0 . IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br />+ r, <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> F <br /> - 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on December 10, 2010. <br /> (See Appendix for results). An onsite survey performed on November 1, 2010 by Ed Krager of <br /> Dillon& Murphy. The owner was interviewed on November 10, 2010, by Joe Murphy of Dillon <br /> & Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank <br /> " site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject-parcel (see Appendix). A <br /> z search for U.S.T.IL.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded one finding. A closed <br /> case of a L.U.S.T. site located at 21018 Comstock Road, Linden, CA. This site is located <br /> approximately one-half mile south of subject parcel (see Appendix).
