The property has been used for agricultural purposes for more than 10 <br /> l years. Historically orchards have been treated with Sevin, Chloropicrin, Methyl Bromide, <br /> Aluminum Phosphide and strychnine to name a few of the chemicals used. (See permit number <br /> 39-11-3900 W icides used at the project site,—located in dix). Historically there <br /> have bee" no underground torage tanks.
