2. A minimum of 42 parking spaces shall be provided, including 2 accessible <br /> spaces, one of which must be van accessible. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.3 and 9-1015). <br /> 3. One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking <br /> spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> f. LOADING: Two (2) loading space(s) shall be provided. Each space shall be a minimum <br /> of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height clearance of <br /> 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one of the <br /> loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.6(b)). <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2. Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[gj[4[) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of- <br /> way width of River Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> 2. All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> 3. Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020."C) <br /> 4. The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not <br /> including landscaping along the street frontage. The trees shall be evenly <br /> spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) <br /> i. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> 1. Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. The <br /> design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without <br /> entering into the opposing lane of traffic.
