j. SIGNS: A maximum of one (1) free-standing advertising sign, shall be permitted for the approved use. (Development Title Section 9-1710.5(h)). Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from any future right-of- way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). (Development Title Section 9-1717.21g]) k. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: 1. Noise levels of trucks entering and leaving the truck terminal shall comply with the California Vehicle Code sections regarding noise. (Development Title Section 9-505.6[b]) 2. Noise levels at the property line shall be no greater than 65 db Ldn. (Development Title Section 9-1025.9[a][1] or 505.6[c]) 3. This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9- 1025.9 of the Development Title. I. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the required permits, the Site Plans shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of projects approval and the Conditions of Approval shall be met within six months from the date of project approval. M. BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: 1. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (c.C.R., Title 24). 2. The existing structures shall be brought into compliance with current codes. The existing building plus addition may be over area depending on type f construction and/or use of fire sprinklers. 2.
