j. SIGNS: A maximum of one (1) free-standing advertising sign, shall be permitted for the <br /> approved use. (Development Title Section 9-1710.5(h)). Sign details shall be consistent <br /> with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. All <br /> portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from any future right-of- <br /> way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe). (Development Title Section 9-1717.21g]) <br /> k. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> 1. Noise levels of trucks entering and leaving the truck terminal shall comply with <br /> the California Vehicle Code sections regarding noise. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-505.6[b]) <br /> 2. Noise levels at the property line shall be no greater than 65 db Ldn. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1025.9[a][1] or 505.6[c]) <br /> 3. This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9- <br /> 1025.9 of the Development Title. <br /> I. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the <br /> required permits, the Site Plans shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of <br /> projects approval and the Conditions of Approval shall be met within six months from the <br /> date of project approval. <br /> M. BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (c.C.R., Title <br /> 24). <br /> 2. The existing structures shall be brought into compliance with current codes. The <br /> existing building plus addition may be over area depending on type f construction <br /> and/or use of fire sprinklers. <br /> 2.
