The existing domestic water <br /> well will also e the store and a new, dedicated septic sewage <br /> Fi <br /> p g system will be <br /> constructed. <br /> F-i 2.0 PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> F-i The subject property is currently the site of two residences including a single- <br /> level, wood frame, permanent_ esidence and a double-wide mobile home. Both <br /> residences are served by a/cmmon domestic water well and individual septic <br /> sewage systems. Based on'�t information, see Section 3.1) the permanent <br /> house predates 1975 and the mobile home was installed in about 1993. <br /> This is a mostly rural area, notable for its almond and walnut orchards. In the , <br /> immediate, area however, are row of about 6 permanent residences, a church, <br /> and a(skeet)club. Lots adjacent east and west are in rural residential use, and to the <br /> north, across River Road is a skeet club.
