The scraper described for this project (CAT 623) has a noise curve, which we <br /> developed and have on file. If we assume a night time noise levels as 50 dBa Leq, the <br /> CAT 623 scraper operating no closer than 300 feet in direct line of sight of the nearest <br /> residence would fall under the county standard of65Ldn.
