(C/O Munn & Perkins)—Additional Conditions of Approval The Community Development Department received a letter (attached)from Munn & Perkins on August 30, 2005. They are requesting addition of the words, "if applicable", be added to the end of conditions "a"through "d" so that they have sufficient time to determine the status and applicability to this project. After discussion with Tim O'Brien from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, the phrase "if applicable", has been added to the recommended Conditions of Approval for the above referenced application as follows: 4. CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD (Staff Contact Timothv O'Brien. (916-464-3291) a. The project proponent shall submit a Report of Waste Discharge (RWD), if applicable. b. A National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activities, Order No. 99-28-DWQ is Required, if applicable. c. The property owner needs to obtain permit coverage under the NPDES General Permit No. CAS000002 for Discharges of Storm Water Associated With Construction Activity, if applicable. (1) Before construction begins, the proponent must submit an NOI to comply with the permit to the State Water Resources Control Board and a Stormwater Pollution Plan (SWPPP) must be prepared. d. Compliance with the NPDES General Permit No. CAS000001 for Discharges of Storm Water Associated With Industrial Activities may be required, if applicable.
