Therefore, an acoustical study would not be required. <br /> Traffic Study <br /> All material excavated will be hauled to the processing facility using on-site haul roads. <br /> No public roads will be used to haul materials to the plant. Therefore, a traffic study will <br /> not be required. <br /> The Community Development Department has tentatively scheduled the application for <br /> the September 1, 2005 Planning Commission meeting and will be recommending that <br /> the Planning Commission approve the project subject to the following recommended <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> Conditions: <br /> Quarry Excavation Application No. PA-0500403 was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , <br /> which is 18 months from the date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and <br /> remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been <br /> secured and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits. STOCKPILING: No stockpiled soil or material shall be placed closer than <br /> twenty-five (25) feet to a property boundary. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1415.3[b]) <br /> c. PRIVATE ROADS: All private roads involved in an excavation shall be maintained <br /> so as to control the creation of dust. The first one hundred (100) feet of any private <br /> road on the property which intersects with a publicly maintained road shall be <br /> surfaced in a manner approved by the Director. Traffic-control and warning signs <br /> shall be installed, if required, at such intersection. The placement and size of these <br /> signs shall be approved by the Director of Public Works.
