The applicant shall specify the <br /> form of guarantee proposed; this form is subject to the <br /> approval of County Counsel. <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SCANNED <br /> i . Planning Division: <br /> a. The recycling plant shall not accept or produce waste <br /> materials which are not "inert waste, " using the criteria <br /> set forth in Title 23, California Code of Regulations, <br /> Chapter 3 , Subchapter 15 . <br /> b. All unprocessed recycling materials shall be removed from <br /> the site and disposed of properly, and all recycling <br /> apparatus shall be removed from the site prior to the <br /> completion of excavation. <br /> c.
