The occasional expansion of <br /> operating hours will not increase truck traffic beyond normal <br /> operating hours. <br /> "Truck Traffic Control Policy" handout2 will point out parking <br /> Truck parking and stacking along River Road availability within the plant facility boundaries. <br /> Additional yard signage will emphasize"No Parking Along <br /> River Road" <br /> Policing / Monitoring will be utilized to ensure parking is not <br /> occurring along River Road <br /> Stop sign is positioned at exit. <br /> "Truck Traffic Control Policy" handout will reiterate that <br /> "Rolling" around the exit corner prior to entering Trucks and Vehicles will come to a complete stop before <br /> River Road exiting the plant driveway onto River Road. <br /> Policing / Monitoring will be utilized to ensure trucks are <br /> safely entering the roadway. <br /> Signage placed within Plant Area will reiterate that Jake <br /> Brake Usage is prohibited along River Road and at the <br /> intersection. <br /> Deceleration approaching the facility and stop <br /> signs. Use of Jake Brakes at McHenry Ave I "Truck Traffic Control Policy" handout will reiterate the <br /> River Rd Intersection and along River Rd prohibition of Jake Brakes along these areas. <br /> Policing will be utilized to monitor the use of Jake Brakes <br /> Copies of pages 1 & 4 of San Joaquin County Permit No. PA-02-370 are included with this document. <br /> Z A copy of the "Truck Traffic Control Policy"referenced is included with this document. <br /> i <br />
