Any other information added by the lead agency. <br /> 1.5.5 Mitigation Monitoring and Report Program <br /> Section 21081.6 of the Public Resources Code requires lead agencies to"adopt a reporting and mitigation <br /> monitoring program for the changes to the project which it has adopted or made conditions of project approval in <br /> order to mitigate or avoid significant effects on the environment."The mitigation measures presented in this EIR <br /> have been clearly identified and presented in language that will facilitate establishment of an adequate <br /> mitigation monitoring and reporting program(MMRP).Mitigation measures must be fully enforceable, and <br /> will be included as conditions of project approval.
