Aesthetics <br /> The area around the project site is primarily rural farmland and ranchettes. The immediate area <br /> between the proposed mine site and the processing facility is all farmland. Once Phase 11 commences, Phase I will be planted with Almond trees <br /> and the remainder of the project along River Road will be relatively obscured from public view. <br /> J.
