•• RECEIVED
kik 0 6 2001
March 3. 2007 Community Development Dept
Community Development Department
1810 E. Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, Ca.
Dear Sir:
It has just been brought to our attention that there are plans (Application 4PA-OF00055
[SW] ) to subdivide a lot here in Riviera Cliffs.
We are not original owners so we are not familiar with the "Codes"that were set up for
this area.. We did assume, since all the years that we have lived here, that there are strict
rules for outside appearance,no apartments or duplexes for each lot.
Now we have a developer wanting to place ten homes on a lot. Riviera Cliffs was set up
to be a quiet community. The River Drive coming into"the Cliffs" is not safe for the
traffic these extra homes would create.
Then you add five more families to the complainants about the noise from the port.
Actually that could be ten more. Why run the risk of subjecting all these future families
to crowded living conditions and the rising commercial use of the river.
This is a shock to the residents of Riviera Cliffs. I don't think any of us thought
someone would do something like this for monetary gain. It's like a"shot in the gut!"
I hope someone will think this through!
Sincerely,
G
M Ann Poletti
3121 Fairway Dr.
Stockton, Ca.
95204-1105
(209) 463-4422
