We are a neighborhood of homes that sit on lots at least 100 x 115 feet. <br /> There are 5 streets, Fairway Dr., Yacht Harbor Dr, Riviera Dr.,Cliff Dr. and <br /> Oakridge Way. This would totally change the character of the community. <br /> Most of us built or purchased homes here precisely because of the character <br /> of this neighborhood, i.e. the set back homes, large lots, spaces bctween the <br /> homes, quiet and wide streets. <br /> 2. There is one entrance into Riviera Cliffs. It is a 2 lane, winding levee road. The <br /> additional traffic 10 units would create would be a serious problem and exaggerate <br /> an already potentially dangerous situation. <br /> 3.
