No records were found for the subject property. <br /> According to Michelle Halliwell? of the OES, there were no records found for properties within <br /> one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> 3.1.5 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on May 31, 2007 in an effort to obtain / <br /> copies of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property; no permits were (3 <br /> found. <br /> 3.1.6 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map 6068 was <br /> reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells <br /> are depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> 3.1.7 Site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on June 6, 2007. Photographs <br /> of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment <br /> checklist is attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> The subject property was observed to be two parcels (Parcels 20 & 21). A home with typical <br /> residential landscaping was observed on Parcel 20. This parcel was bordered with a wrought <br /> iron/masonry wall along the north and east sides. A chain link fence divided the property from <br /> the adjacent property along the west side. An in-ground swimming pool was observed on the <br /> property at the north side of the home. A covered parking area bordered the home on the west <br /> side. A concrete patio and landscaping were observed on the east side of the home. A large <br /> asphalt area covered most of the property to the north. The southern portion of the property <br /> was landscaped with grass and ornamental plants. A loading dock equipped with electric <br /> motors extended into the San Joaquin River. <br /> Parcel 21 was observed to be a vacant lot with some seasonal grasses. The property appeared <br /> to be recently disked. A driveway and temporary chain link fence bordered the property to the <br /> north.
