The site gently slopes to the west. <br /> ` According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-80, <br /> general agriculture;minimum parcel size 80 acres. This zoning designation"is established to <br /> preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises"(www.co.san- <br /> joaquin.ca.us,2005). <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> According to the Tentative map provided by Quartaroli and Associates,proposed development will <br /> change the shape of the four current parcels into four different parcels. Currently the land is <br /> planted as alfalfa. The property has a primary residence and small caretaker's residence. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> 60 According to Ms. Rogers (personal communication,April 25, 2005), two septic systems are currently <br /> on the property.
