BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-92-1019 <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING THE APPEAL OF TED AND CYNTHEA WITT AND <br /> APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. MS-92-133 OF TED AND <br /> CYNTHEA WITT, SUBJECT TO THE ATTACHED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. <br /> WHEREAS, on October 15, 1992 , the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 8, 1992 , this Board of Supervisors did <br /> conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing <br /> was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence <br /> having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and <br /> this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that the appeal of Ted and Cynthea Witt be granted and that Minor <br /> Subdivision Application No. MS-92-133 , and it hereby is, approved <br /> subject to the attached Condtiions of Approval. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 1992 , by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: BARBER, WILHOIT, SOUSA, SIMAS <br /> NOES: COSTA <br /> ABSENT: NONE EDWARD A.
