INTRODUCTION
Our office has been retained by Ted Witt to perform a soil suitability study for his property
located at 2355 Roberts Rd., Stockton, California(APN 161-016-01). The purpose of this study is
to determine the suitability of the property for new septic tank usage in light of the proposed parcel
splits and if this usage will adversely affect the ground water in the area. This study was performed
according to the requirements of Section 9-1105.2(d) of San Joaquin County Development Title.
This report presents the results of our study.
II. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The area where the property is located is currently zoned AG-40 for general agricultural use.
The subject property consists of a rectangular shaped 126 acre parcel.
